Your Order. Each item is made to order, please see the item description for the estimated time it will take to ship. If time is an issue, please email info(AT)kristinlaing.com to inquire about a rush order.
My pieces are each handcrafted so every piece will have its own characteristics. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Credit Card Payments. We offer secure credit card processing. The charge on your credit card bill will read "sales(AT)kristinlaing.com".

Pay by Check. If you'd prefer to pay by personal check or money order, please email info(AT)kristinlaing.com to arrange payment.

Shipping. All orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, usually requiring 2-3 days to deliver. The charge for domestic shipping is $4.50. You will receive a shipment notice with the delivery confirmation number once your order has been shipped.

International Shipments. International shipments are sent using US Postal Service Global Priority Mail, usually requiring 5-9 days to deliver. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. The charge for international shipping is $10.00.

Gift Services. Every purchase comes packaged in a cardboard jewelry box. We will happily wrap your purchase in complimentary gift wrap if you choose to send it as a gift. Select this service when entering your billing information during checkout. If you wish to include a gift tag, please enter your personalized message in the "gift tag message" text box.

Returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can arrange to return or exchange your item within 5 days of receipt. Returned items must be new and in their original condition. Returned items must be carefully packed in their original packaging and shipped back with delivery confirmation. Privacy Policy. We are dedicated to ensuring your privacy. We do not share your personal information (email, address & phone number, etc.) with other companies.

Custom Orders. We can customize chain and chain length on most items. Please email info(AT)kristinlaing.com to inquire about customization. I no longer have the time to do custom etchings, sorry!

Jewelry Care. It is normal for silver to tarnish over time when exposed to air, but it can be prevented by storing your jewelry in an airtight container such as a ziploc bag, or wrapping it in tarnish-retardant paper or flannel.

Each piece has been oxidized by hand to highlight the etched surface of the silver. To remove tarnish from your jewelry, clean it with a silver polishing cloth only. Silver dip or liquid cleaner will remove the antiquing and change the appearance of the piece.

Unsealed brass will also change color when exposed to the elements and the oil from your skin. Some people like this deeper color, but to brighten it up, use a product such as Brasso. The lacquered parts of brass jewelry should only be polished using a soft cloth.

Please never swim or bathe when wearing your jewelry. When worn gently and stored with care it will have a long life!
